AXR-H Standard & Options

Folding and unfolding is fully-hydraulic. When the disc harrow is folded for transport the gangs are automatically secured by a hydraulic lock. This lock is released automatically when activating the hydraulics. A set of road lights is standard equipment on the machine.

AXR-H comprises a heavy duty lattice frame on which the disc gangs are mounted in X-shape. The front gangs are offset ensuring a full penetration.
The AXR-H is linked to the tractor via a specially designed cat.III drawbar.The drawbar can turn up to 90°horizontally andvertically making even the sharpest turns possible.If the tractoris fitted with dual-wheels,the drawbar frame can be enlarged byflanging on an extension. Standard on 600 cm
The angling of the gangs is done by adjusting four screw handles. For this purpose the fork spanner located on the drawbar is used. The current working angle can be easily read on the scale.
For transporting AXR-H is equipped with two powerfull 520/50x17 TWIN wheels. Further-more the wheels can be used as a supplement to the packer roller e.g. on loose soil.
Hydraulic depth control The rams for folding the packer roller is equipped with a flow divider kit, so that the working depth can be hydraulically controlled by the same rams. This is a great advantage in changing soil conditions and between first and second pass.
The disc harrow incorporates a 600 mm T-ring packer roller (70 mm wide T-rings), for very exact depth control. This also evenly consolidates the soil encouraging the decomposition of plant residues and sprouting of waste grain and weeds.
Bogie T-ring packer roller Alternatively to the standard roller, the AXR-H can be equipped with a bogie-T-ring packer roller. This roller enhances machine stability and creates a finer structured seed bed.
Hydraulic angle adjustment The screw handles for adjusting the working angles is fitted to a ram kit making the adjustment hydraulically controlled. In this way the angles can be changed while working to suit the soilconditions.
